Who is responsible

The controller is the site's administrator, reached via the draft page. There is no separate company identity published on these pages. The footer shows an email address on this domain for correspondence you choose to start yourself. That mailbox is not filled by the draft tool.

What the site does

The site is a set of static pages about responsible gambling boundaries and local access blocks. It does not offer accounts, payments, comments that are submitted to a server, newsletters, analytics, or advertising trackers. Pages are marked so that general search tools are asked not to index them. That request is a signal to crawlers, not a technical guarantee that every crawler will comply.

Reading a page causes your browser to request files from the host. That request can include an IP address, a time, and the address of the file, because that is how ordinary web hosting works. This notice does not claim that no personal data is ever processed.

Draft tool

The draft page builds a text note in the browser's memory. Preparing, copying, downloading, or resetting that note does not transmit it to the site's administrator. Nothing is saved by the site's script. The script does not use cookies or browser storage. A copy exists only if you copy it to the clipboard, download a text file, or leave the text visible until you close the tab. If you later email that file yourself, that email is a separate action outside the tool.

The form asks for a topic, a page name, an optional source URL, and a message of at most 1000 characters. It does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, payment data, or health information. Please do not add those details in the message.

Hosting logs

The hosting service may keep technical access logs for security and operation. This site does not set a retention period for those logs and does not claim to operate the host's logging. If you need the host's own notice, use the host's documentation rather than assuming a figure written here.

Some sentences name public institutions. If a future edit adds a link, that link leads to an independently run site with its own practices. This site does not control those practices and does not receive a report of what you do after you leave.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a controller holds, and to object to certain uses. Because the draft tool does not send a message, the administrator may have nothing from that tool to retrieve. Hosting logs, if any, are a different matter and may not be under day-to-day editorial control.

You may complain to the competent data protection authority where you live. This page does not name a single authority, because readers are not limited to one country and a wrong name would be worse than a general pointer. Mandatory rights are not reduced by these notes.

There is no data protection officer identified for this site. Do not send special-category data through email in the hope that a filter on these pages will protect it. These pages do not provide confidential counselling.
